Becoming A Positivity Activist
Week 1: We will investigate all there is about our awareness around negative self-talk and how to shift them. Uncovering them for yourself is truly transformational.
Week 2: We will investigate self-limiting beliefs about ourselves, others, and our world. We will learn how to look through the lens of rejection and self-rejection and how to stay true to yourself.
Week 3: We will investigate forgiveness and what it really means for us. Digging deeper into our behaviors and habits that get us stuck in not be able to or willing to forgive. You will learn to kick the victim habit and cultivate a gratitude way of being.
Week 4: In this last week we wrap it all up by focusing on living in intentional gratitude to increase our positivity. You will write a new story about YOU. You now have learned to tap into your positivity at all times, using various tools and this will connect you with all your passions so you can live your higher purpose.
